Welcome to APHNet
The Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) Postharvest Horticulture Network (APHNet) is designed specifically for
ASEAN member countries. It is the first point of call on matters related to postharvest horticulture, food safety,
Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) requirements and Quality Assurance
(QA). The information provided is designed to assist fruit and vegetable producers in ASEAN
member countries to improve the quality and safety of their horticultural produce. Better quality fruit and vegetables means more export opportunities, both within
the ASEAN region and globally.
APHNet provides information, links, resources and publications. It is also a network where interested parties can exchange ideas and information, network, discuss issues and problem solve through the
Discussion Forum.
Two compendia have been collated for APHNet which will be a
valuable resource for the ASEAN region. They contain documents from
ASEAN member countries, Australia and other countries (Compendium
of Quality Standards and Compendium
of SPS Requirements)
Access to this site is limited to ASEAN member countries. To find out about becoming a member, click on
